Journal of Binocular Vision and Ocular Motility accepts submissions under Journal of Binocular Vision and Ocular Motility

The Journal of Binocular Vision and Ocular Motility (previously American Orthoptic Journal) was originally founded in 1950 to enable those in the orthoptic and ophthalmologic communities to keep abreast of current clinical practice and research in ocular motility. The journal serves as a forum for the presentation of new material in the fields of orthoptics, pediatric ophthalmology, neuro-ophthalmology, amblyopia and strabismus.

The Richard G. Scobee Memorial Lecture and the Strabismus Symposium at the annual meeting of the American Academy of Ophthalmology are published in the JBVOM

Members of the American Association of Certified Orthoptists receive access to the JBVOM as a benefit of membership and do not need to purchase a subscription separately.

The Board of the JBVOM is governed by the AOJ, Inc. The board is comprised of American Orthoptic Council members and the Executive Board can be any interested person that is voted.
